Horizon can be installed on old Flexos, giving them a second chance at a productive life. From
registration control during production to quality control reports, Horizon provides you with a variety
of tools to stay a step ahead of the competition.
Currently helping box-makers improve
the production on various brands of Flexos, Horizon can be
installed on any machine that has electric register motors. Installation is
simple and quick, and does not affect your existing controls. With our various
brackets and adapters, most installations can be accomplished over a weekend.

Automatic Setup
Using our Box Wizard, setup is quick, simple and
accurate. Linear axes are set-up in under 30 seconds; rotary axes are
set-up in under 45 seconds. New specs can be created remotely or at machine center in
under 1 minute, with no practical limit to the number of specs stored in the
database.
Tracker
Tracker, a powerful
feature of Horizon, monitors and maintains registration during the production
run, ensuring registration and increasing productivity and quality. Using a unique method to monitor and maintain registration during the production run,
Tracker will automatically adjust the registration if it sees movement in the
sheets due to warp or movement in the downs due to brake slippage.
Production Assistant
The reporting engine for Horizon, the
Production Assistant provides over 20 reports and quality analysis
tools that may be viewed locally or remotely, printed, or programmed
to be automatically emailed to the appropriate personnel. These reports are
compatible with many 3rd party products, including Crystal reports.
Heads
Up Prompts
Designed to improve operator
performance and protect machinery, these audio and visual prompts alert
operators - motivating them to be prepared for problems that might increase the
total setup time and keeping them informed of how they're doing in relation to
the standard. These prompts are configurable to fit your
company's specific needs, and include 20 user defined messages - based on either
the machine kick count or the die cut section count.
