Easy Automatic Setup
We know that an
automatic setup system is only as good as the operators want it to be. Therefore we have created an easy-to-use touch panel operator interface.
By simply pushing a button, the operators can quickly zero the downs.
To position
the downs for a specific spec, the operators press the “Start Order”
button. Even for new specs, the only information required from the
operators is the spec number itself. Sunrise automatically saves the
down positions after any adjustments have been made. The next time the
operators run that spec, the downs and wood die will automatically go to
the correct positions.
Simple Reposition
In the event that the
operators need to open the machine during a production run, Sunrise can quickly
and accurately return the downs to their correct position.
Simple Installation
Sunrise can be
installed over a weekend on any machine with electric motors. Installation is quick and
simple and does not affect any of your existing controls.
